In summer Kivitasku log house Villa is open when needed (Mella 0505237740) on Wednesdays if you are interested of art and craft. In Villa you find an expedition of woolen wall textiles from Kalevala Women by Mella Nousiainen. Come to see the Handcraft shop Villa and find Finnish craft from wool, wood and leather.
If you fancy, you can also make a Wool painting ( 10 €)of your own or a sauna hat /costs 25 €.
Technique is felting with needle and textile printing. You can produce a sauna hat from sheep wool of your own style. It is possible to use it in sauna on Wednesdays from 17-21.00. Check the turns from www.kivitasku.com/haikusauna.
